HAUCDC is a non-profit corporation formed to implement affordable workforce housing and rentals. They acquire deteriorating properties, perform rehab and sell the homes to qualified buyers. HAUCDC also is involved in the development of apartments and rentals for the target group.

HAUCDC has administered an acquisition and rehabilitation of single family homes program over the past 13 years acquiring abandoned, neglected and foreclosed properties in the Houston Area. All were sold to households below lower income household.
And making way for NEW Workforce Housing

HAUCDC is the Non-Profit participant in a Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) in the Altura Height Rental Project located at 4911 W. Airport Blvd, Houston, TX 77085 and is looking for more opportunities. All LIHTC Multifamily Rental projects would serve households predominantly below 60% AMI.
