HAUCDC develops safe, affordable, and sanitary housing for workforce residents within Southeast Texas. HAUCDC stimulates the investment of private and public capital, to build and revitalize housing, public and commercial properties. The mission of the organization is to provide decent affordable housing for workforce and other residents, stimulate investment and improve quality of life in communities.
