The Executive Director for HAUCDC is a Real Estate Broker and lists all properties in the Houston of Realtors Multiple Listing Service and offer a 3% commission to be paid by the seller for any cooperating Brokers who has a Buyers Representation Agreement with potential Buyers. No commission is paid to internal staff of HAUCDC.
